COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D80ND1A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued General-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Durakool parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurotherm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader General-Electric such as the IFC77BD3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2060APS120AC manufactured by Durakool and we are pleased to be able to service most Durakool systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G1080001V1 by Manufacturer Eurotherm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand DS7342SX100N0N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Furnas such as 948DA32A equipment made by Furnas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Furnas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Furnas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 54820 made by Gems-Sensors as well as the popular 22ARHSX10 original spares produced by Magnecraft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MIFIIPA55E00H100 by Multilin and 948DA32A spares by Furnas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A10EG0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
