COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D730/T/S-FN-SH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opto-22 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eae/man-Roland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the EA1T4CL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GS3140 manufactured by Opto-22 and we are pleased to be able to service most Opto-22 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FPR2OP by Manufacturer Eae/man-Roland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Maple-Systems Brand HM15104T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as GT1675MSTDB equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EMZ9372BB made by Lenze as well as the popular EDV2388071 original spares produced by Mayercie Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSQC5093HAC56871 by Abb and GT1675MSTDB spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDM12140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon. |
