COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer Cutler Hammer D200PR4C CPU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elau product line-up. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Delta Brand VFD022C43A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT2815PT4B20STR0DBF10A00 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC134018NBA20N made by Eaton as well as the popular SVX010A14A1B1PX0022411BCVA1 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 195N0001 by Danfoss and VLT2815PT4B20STR0DBF10A00 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6GDW7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
