COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer CH93893-M0RA2MAE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss-Bauer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 103834 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG1002AL1 manufactured by Danfoss-Bauer and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss-Bauer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39195974 by Manufacturer Cutler-hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand 1456A6503 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 42315623127 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1662 made by Dayton as well as the popular S20N11S16N original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VLT2815PT4B20STR5DBF00A00C0 by Danfuss and 42315623127 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RHT2IS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
