COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer B479906-D26MR40A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the D100ERA20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 369HIRM000E manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GEMULTILINSR469P1HIA20THSR469MOTORMANAGE by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand RSWC24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 6GPE6 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HMTHR48 made by Ge as well as the popular D26MR005A original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1QA6210 by Cutler-Hammer and 6GPE6 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 269PLUS100P120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
