COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer 55 Series Photoelectric parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cyber-Optics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cyber-Optics such as the PRS800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E5818DP100EL manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E54WAK30AT12SA by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 14156ALP07 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynisco such as G86000025M equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S3W5044 made by Cwt as well as the popular EG451ZS57 original spares produced by Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HA62510246341 by Dynapar and G86000025M spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 130B606022DT13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
