COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer 14156ALP17 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dalsa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dct-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dalsa such as the SP1201K3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HPV10000G manufactured by Dct-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Dct-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8184A38H01 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynapar Brand X251000002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dvt such as DVT545 equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1164B202 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular E54WAK30AT12SB original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES10660 by Delphi and DVT545 spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original polytron2xptox Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drager. |
