COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler AF93AG0C010D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Intercon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Infranor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R7DAPO2H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 44C741070002R02 manufactured by Intercon and we are pleased to be able to service most Intercon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SMTBD11A by Manufacturer Infranor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-craft Brand PDM10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as MRJ2S40B equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KBTC125 made by Kb as well as the popular CRD5103P original spares produced by Oriental Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASD12BC by Oriental and MRJ2S40B spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FP75R12KE3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Infineon. |
