COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Servo 469876-02K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6DS13328BC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509992172R11 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6181ABBCBCZZZ by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 6189RPEH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tech-Motive such as 49410001C5 equipment made by Tech-Motive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tech-Motive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tech-Motive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 550D409G19 made by Cutler-hammer as well as the popular 5UU376 original spares produced by Joslyn-Clark Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES54517LA12 by Siemens and 49410001C5 spares by Tech-Motive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6BA08 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electric. |
