COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Control Inc PU-CAS-LIO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Det-tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Drexelbrook product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-tronics such as the C7064C4012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X251024034 manufactured by Danaher and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7002071 by Manufacturer Drexelbrook as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand E57LAL12A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dominion such as SPECTRA24STD equipment made by Dominion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dominion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dominion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6452 made by Dwyer as well as the popular DS200B original spares produced by Daytronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G0566476 by Danaher and SPECTRA24STD spares by Dominion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E58CBL18T111R2SerC1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
