COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Curtiss-wright DPMC-106-2050 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Servo-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-hammer such as the PS256A03B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFA manufactured by Custom-Servo-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Servo-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature APF230L05 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dataman Brand Dataman48 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Custom-Servo-Motors such as MPM1141FRM413 equipment made by Custom-Servo-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Custom-Servo-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Custom-Servo-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPA80231C made by Custom-Servo-Motors as well as the popular LS50MR1DX9 original spares produced by Datalogic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPSMX480YSRTCA by Cutler-Hammer and MPM1141FRM413 spares by Custom-Servo-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GH101AA351A11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
