COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crouzet 88974053 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Durakool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Douglas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Durakool such as the CFC718 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC630MDL380A manufactured by Ge-fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DOUGLAS by Manufacturer Douglas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fujitsu-Takamisawa Brand VE12HS5K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Data such as DT15150 equipment made by Data have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Data products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Data" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SJ105724DC made by Electromatic as well as the popular 45K1326 original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SB205120 by Electromatic and DT15150 spares by Data are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DG85B8011761024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Durakool. |
