COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crouse-hinds MP8FC000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Erhardt+leimer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dostmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Egm product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Erhardt+leimer such as the FX5060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P750PT manufactured by Dostmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Dostmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ISL8040 by Manufacturer Egm as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand B0195KCF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynapar such as M050131 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RIA45 made by Endress as well as the popular RTX1000H13G2NOLHB original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FM18 by Grecon and M050131 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 871ECPPO4EP436E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
