COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Crouse Hinds BHRC3382N parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eagle-Signal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Levitronix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eagle-Signal such as the CP7010L1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Controller manufactured by Levitronix and we are pleased to be able to service most Levitronix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM800E3UA24F by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand CPS160480YAX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pcc such as CH117112 equipment made by Pcc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pcc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pcc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM75DY28K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular C0051N4N1025 original spares produced by Powertec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRSR44TZ0SMY01A by Yaskawa and CH117112 spares by Pcc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM100DY24NF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
