COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Coupling 89C3984 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Darali products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mori parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hub product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Darali such as the B1035QVD56CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A13028B manufactured by Mori and we are pleased to be able to service most Mori systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AD3 by Manufacturer Hub as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B0590B274 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as BMO82420D56 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CBN3252SB3U1 made by Browning as well as the popular C200B60N140K1 original spares produced by Dodge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8UBBJ3A12AD by Falk and BMO82420D56 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BB483CN56C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge. |
