COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Conveyor Components MS-X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cynergy3 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Data-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 1173AF2003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UF08B100 manufactured by Cynergy3 and we are pleased to be able to service most Cynergy3 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3LCBXQDH by Manufacturer Data-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cosmo Brand PT141BB2VDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delphi such as ES10604 equipment made by Delphi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delphi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delphi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E57SAL30T110ED made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular ES10714 original spares produced by Delphi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC18 by Data-Instruments and ES10604 spares by Delphi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1281C57G03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
