COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Controller Card 505-6851A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cybelec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dadco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Daifuku product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cybelec such as the LCD840041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C063723 manufactured by Dadco and we are pleased to be able to service most Dadco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C111047 by Manufacturer Daifuku as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cranesmart Brand CS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Copley-Controls such as 536AC equipment made by Copley-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Copley-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Copley-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VA21 made by Dalsa as well as the popular DC050CP510 original spares produced by Daihen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S10N11S01N by Cutler-Hammer and 536AC spares by Copley-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F2100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
