COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques UNIMOTOR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the SR36408063756HC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVM2301381673 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U006A by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand UJ182TTFL7053BNL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as TT42074006D equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T525A made by Us-Motor as well as the popular SPH1872CXMPP original spares produced by Speedtronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT29311011AA by Kollmorgen and TT42074006D spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMR4045THHT107D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Torque-Systems. |
