COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques M45-14M-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 95008602M45R14ICD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS2000 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX060A22A1N1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cti-cryogenics Brand 8124063G001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as HVX030A12A1N1 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFD075C43A made by Delta as well as the popular DSS24CMK4 original spares produced by Double-Scanivalve Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV9020AP5M0A00 by Cutler-Hammer and HVX030A12A1N1 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDM020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Craft. |
