COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques FX-455 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the GF05018OS3E56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K3NXVD2AT1 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K3CPUH by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tasc-Drives Brand G112A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bailey such as IMSER02 equipment made by Bailey have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bailey products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bailey" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HDS032W075N made by Indramat as well as the popular H160CA63X40C100VFCIF13350 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDFC21001 by Yaskawa and IMSER02 spares by Bailey are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HLF579251R1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micafil. |
