COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXE-480/PG142-RDCR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JANCDMB212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KeypadRS232 manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC693CPU352 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Square-D Brand MAF3660025M1386 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as IC3600ADAF1 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAL362501616 made by Thorsman as well as the popular ITNCEIS01DRM original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCXPP20B by Yaskawa and IC3600ADAF1 spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G7613600B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moog. |
