COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXE-316W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carlen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fasco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the CDE40HPICD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CC290T3600ABFMSCP manufactured by Carlen and we are pleased to be able to service most Carlen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D115 by Manufacturer Fasco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumuller Brand DS56B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as DT90L6BMG2HF equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDP3440HMC1262 made by Baldor as well as the popular CGP31T original spares produced by Modicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C800T25 by Okuma and DT90L6BMG2HF spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFSM0520502D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo. |
