COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DCD140X14/28 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the HVX001A22A1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6FDU9 manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVX010A14A1B1PX0022411BCVA1 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand SP1201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 1KBP8 equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVX040A14A1B1 made by Eaton as well as the popular VFD022V23A2 original spares produced by Delta Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SX23400400PB by Control-Techniques and 1KBP8 spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 120103E13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
