COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques CDE400-NP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danfoss product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 131U9425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M05073762ACEF1024A0 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLT5016PT5C20SBR0DLF00A00C0 by Manufacturer Danfoss as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Copley Brand 8001587B1974433101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta such as VFDBVFD055B43B equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVX00514B1P6 made by Eaton as well as the popular XTD4012000 original spares produced by Drivecon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10242185 by Cutler-Hammer and VFDBVFD055B43B spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV9F20AS2G0A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
