COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques C60221X/Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danfoss product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5006PT5B20SBR3DLF30A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT6016GT manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLT6016HT4C20STR3DLF00A00C0 by Manufacturer Danfoss as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danippon Brand D18105 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Custom-Servo-Motors such as MPA06 equipment made by Custom-Servo-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Custom-Servo-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Custom-Servo-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVX007A12A1B1 made by Eaton as well as the popular VLT8022AT2C54STR0DLF00A32C0 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVX010A14A1B1PX0022411BCVA1 by Cutler-Hammer and MPA06 spares by Custom-Servo-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 415B414 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss. |
