COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Engineering C108776 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Curtiss-wright product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Motors such as the MPM1421RM147 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CH2897E111E20X3N manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DPMC1062050 by Manufacturer Curtiss-wright as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand CH03101SV9GRPNL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Couth such as MC2000T equipment made by Couth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Couth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Couth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 70040158 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular C0050C2FL original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA400102G by Copal and MC2000T spares by Couth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10337H180A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
