COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Chief IR-855 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cosense products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cosmo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cosense such as the LL101101T181 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC1000B manufactured by Cosmo and we are pleased to be able to service most Cosmo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HMCP400X5Z15 by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cti Brand TCM2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Concepts-Inc. such as AL2120A11B equipment made by Control-Concepts-Inc. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Concepts-Inc. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Concepts-Inc." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CDFM151TX19 made by Cre as well as the popular 075E2B401BACAA075140 original spares produced by Control-Techniques/emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDPS324R by Cutler-Hammer and AL2120A11B spares by Control-Concepts-Inc. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DIN3380220B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Technoques. |
