COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Contraves 402CLSPOS57 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Staefa-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accuray parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Staefa-Control such as the 545793 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 64844005 manufactured by Accuray and we are pleased to be able to service most Accuray systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509982824R01KAWASAKI by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Measurex Brand 51401291100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 65C54100AY031AA0 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6EC16600A made by Siemens as well as the popular 531X211KLDAAG1 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 500523 by Texas-Instruments and 65C54100AY031AA0 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 560010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
