COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Continental RM-IDC5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cw-Brabender-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the A1SX82S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R2000 manufactured by Cw-Brabender-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Cw-Brabender-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC200MDD845BampIC200CHS0021 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A03B0819C104D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lida such as XMTE7000 equipment made by Lida have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lida products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lida" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ADA02A made by Fanuc as well as the popular 51304485100 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPTB1 by National-Instruments and XMTE7000 spares by Lida are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPA08M125POL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo. |
