COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Conedrive S05020.SWSAB03MEGCK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued C-temp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Custom-Actuator parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Gaging-Inc. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader C-temp such as the 301404 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A1X25114M1 manufactured by Custom-Actuator and we are pleased to be able to service most Custom-Actuator systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 900901051G000 by Manufacturer Control-Gaging-Inc. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand A200M0CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as MHE455CONS0000 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available U73 made by Ct as well as the popular 1412812CHC original spares produced by Cooper-B-line Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AHM40002 by Ctc and MHE455CONS0000 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 371D266G02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
