COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cone Drive MH015-C3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Controlair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the 142UMD200CACAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 139324002 manufactured by Controlair and we are pleased to be able to service most Controlair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 751L16N3S by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 10316H50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Custom-Motors such as CM1142Q38MKRCS equipment made by Custom-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Custom-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Custom-Motors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DWHD611M30310 made by Contrinex as well as the popular U71 original spares produced by Ct Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 142U2E300BACAA165240 by Control-Techniques and CM1142Q38MKRCS spares by Custom-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMVS70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cooper. |
