COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Computer Conversions HMR90-100SL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Endress products, including obsoleted and phased-out Continental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress such as the FDU81QN1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FQVN3211 manufactured by Continental and we are pleased to be able to service most Continental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLRF05S61120 by Manufacturer Flex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endevco Brand 8530C50 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dolan-jenner such as SS50010107 equipment made by Dolan-jenner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dolan-jenner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dolan-jenner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SNP189 made by Control as well as the popular HA5260400A340 original spares produced by Dynapar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMP731 by Endress+hauser and SS50010107 spares by Dolan-jenner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1820 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Erhardt+leimer. |
