COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor ZETA6104-57-83 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the VCP3587T4324 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YS4080FN001 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VM3615T5 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand WA20TD71C4BMG05HRZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as VM3581T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available WPU23CBL10 made by Empire-Magnetics as well as the popular VCP3663T4 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Y20121H04AA by Allen-Bradley and VM3581T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VX02080MFPLDC7TFL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
