COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor PEX610-MO-NC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo-Motors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Copley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Conta-Clip product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo-Motors such as the MPA09460112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5211 manufactured by Copley and we are pleased to be able to service most Copley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2457 by Manufacturer Conta-Clip as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Csa Brand 800001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as 86112203 equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E2KA3X made by Curlee-Manufacturing as well as the popular MGE208CBNS0000 original spares produced by Control Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 371D266G01 by Cutler-Hammer and 86112203 spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 700DN022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
