COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor MPM1142-1009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Goss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the P521SPR0050MT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PDPN859E manufactured by Goss and we are pleased to be able to service most Goss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR9BUF2G1BUF2 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wittenstein Brand SP180SMF2401I125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGDV1R9D11A02000 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QPAC3 made by Watlow as well as the popular PG115150041 original spares produced by Bayside Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM101682F by Xycom and SGDV1R9D11A02000 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR9CPU2G1CPU2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
