COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor M57-51-G parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Danfoss product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5001P1T5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMX34AA5D6F00 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VLT2800195N0252 by Manufacturer Danfoss as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT6011GT4CN1STR1DLF00A00C0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Contraves such as ADBF equipment made by Contraves have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Contraves products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Contraves" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VFD055C43A made by Delta as well as the popular VLT5016PT5C20SBR0DLF00A00C0 original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140X816 by Control-Techniques and ADBF spares by Contraves are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV9020AS6M0A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
