COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor KSX-240 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the AF95AN0C030V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT5004PT5C20STR3DLF00A00C0 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q964746010 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danfoss Brand VLT5003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Crouse-hinds such as AFA10 equipment made by Crouse-hinds have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Crouse-hinds products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Crouse-hinds" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SV9020AJ5M0B00 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular CSRtron original spares produced by Contraves Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SV9F20AS2G0A00 by Cutler-Hammer and AFA10 spares by Crouse-hinds are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SVX030A14A1B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
