COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor KH-DRIVE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Controlpro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crosby product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Controlpro such as the CID115V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S038V4F12I30T11M00 manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 512112 by Manufacturer Crosby as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Coplay-Controls Brand STX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Curtiss-wright such as MM671DTE equipment made by Curtiss-wright have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Curtiss-wright products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Curtiss-wright" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P210C1A41D3 made by Ctc as well as the popular U73 original spares produced by Ct Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M155GB14 by Ct and MM671DTE spares by Curtiss-wright are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 190UMB300CACAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
