COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor GV6K-U12E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thorsman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the IGD8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KAL362501616 manufactured by Thorsman and we are pleased to be able to service most Thorsman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXD62B100 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electric Brand IS200EXCSG1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electric such as M3430MOD515A equipment made by Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDV41303 made by Indramat as well as the popular IN569 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600SCZA1 by Ge-Fanuc and M3430MOD515A spares by Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTR3S32GR0E0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Whedco. |
