COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor DM-1100A-115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Corbin-Russwin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cosytronic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the DR1050A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED5200 manufactured by Corbin-Russwin and we are pleased to be able to service most Corbin-Russwin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPG4 by Manufacturer Cosytronic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Controls-Service Brand ACB11S20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Concentric such as LACT121000B equipment made by Concentric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Concentric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Concentric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFE1 made by Ct as well as the popular 095U2C305BACAA100190 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10316H50 by Cutler-Hammer and LACT121000B spares by Concentric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 115SLD200CAPAA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Control-Techniques. |
