COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor COMPUMOTOR AT6400-AUX1-120V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Automation-Direct product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the DF8101521C0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EF8344G76MO manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EA7S6MR12612B037 by Manufacturer Automation-Direct as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Panasonic Brand GT11AIGT2030H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daewoo such as FRONTOR1856WEISSER equipment made by Daewoo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daewoo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daewoo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FCU6DX451 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular D7XTNAHAXXB original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EZDT4CFS by Agv-Ez--Automation and FRONTOR1856WEISSER spares by Daewoo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G3GSM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion. |
