COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Compumotor AXL-DRIVE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cosmo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the DM1150A115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC1000B manufactured by Cosmo and we are pleased to be able to service most Cosmo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A201K1DS by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 2D78522G03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Control-Techniques such as 190UMB300CACAA equipment made by Control-Techniques have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Control-Techniques products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Control-Techniques" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NTM320CBNS0000 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 00729205 original spares produced by Continuous-Computing Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KLU1600 by Cooper and 190UMB300CACAA spares by Control-Techniques are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VMVS70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cooper. |
