COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the H362 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HIMV310 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GiddingsLewisPiC900SERCOS5020394410R4 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand INSEM01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as GP2600TC4124V equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JD222B02C025 made by Anderson as well as the popular IQDP4030 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HND3800T32W by Cutler-Hammer and GP2600TC4124V spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JANCDCP0604 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
