COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Comau CR10155180,COMAU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze-Americas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the F3IX300CCHAFGI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EVS9325ER manufactured by Lenze-Americas and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze-Americas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3800HXPEPR by Manufacturer Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Foxboro Brand D0130AX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as GL60S3 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800NFCF1E1C made by Ge as well as the popular HU2000 original spares produced by Himmel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS200KLDBG1A by Ge and GL60S3 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCT6088111SXXXA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Polysonics. |
