COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Comau 1X20 / 60-AC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the 131B0281 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVX025A22A1N1 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX030A12A1N1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Techniques Brand SP1201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dimensions such as ADI2503000D equipment made by Dimensions have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dimensions products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dimensions" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDA75 made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular AF95AD0C040CCC1L2M15M6N2V1Y7 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SVX015A14A1B1 by Cutler-Hammer and ADI2503000D spares by Dimensions are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XTSeries Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Drivecon. |
