COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Collmorgen DS4-350-C-10G-X23-BE6-LN1-H0-E0-P1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Copley-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cummins product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Copley-Controls such as the 536AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPJ0922C6SKPSB manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3004286 by Manufacturer Cummins as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Contrinex Brand DWHD603M30310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Converteam-Alstom such as PIB504 equipment made by Converteam-Alstom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Converteam-Alstom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Converteam-Alstom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM1141FRMMBM made by Custom-Servo-Motors as well as the popular FTS4155301 original spares produced by Contrinex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HPG3 by Cosytronic and PIB504 spares by Converteam-Alstom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A553BP45 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cool-line. |
