COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Coherent LM-45 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Diamond products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Delphian product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Diamond such as the 109077000A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS8003JBOY manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 36555001 by Manufacturer Delphian as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand COS412F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A16B3200019004B equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PTX6513809 made by Druck as well as the popular 316MP05M14D00 original spares produced by Gefran Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LSM400 by Futek and A16B3200019004B spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FTM50HGJ2A4A57AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress+hauser. |
