COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex Volpi 800-570-1RA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cool-line products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contrex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Colombo-Filippetti product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cool-line such as the A1053BP60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81000250 manufactured by Contrex and we are pleased to be able to service most Contrex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CF3 by Manufacturer Colombo-Filippetti as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Computer-Dynamics Brand 20601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Compumotor-Dynaserv such as SD1045B62 equipment made by Compumotor-Dynaserv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compumotor-Dynaserv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compumotor-Dynaserv" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SFE1 made by Ct as well as the popular 89220000 original spares produced by Computer-Recognition-Systems-Ltd Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS6103GNAM014 by Copal-Electronics and SD1045B62 spares by Compumotor-Dynaserv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDE15HP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Commander. |
