COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex R540-113272 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the R6SE70161TA61 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T8451 manufactured by Ics and we are pleased to be able to service most Ics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SN191121622714 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Aaon Brand R3009G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Danfoss such as VLT5006FT5B20SBR3DLF00A00C0 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TJN2001692 made by Siemens as well as the popular S1252V original spares produced by Rotac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RAC31150460L00W1220 by Indramat and VLT5006FT5B20SBR3DLF00A00C0 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RVC2500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Celio. |
