COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cognex In-sight 800-715-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cranemart product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the C783B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9009010523002 manufactured by Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44648525 by Manufacturer Cranemart as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Control-Concepts Brand 3021A247005V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Compact such as BSC2S12X10 equipment made by Compact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Compact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Compact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 901E2558 made by Control-Technology-Inc as well as the popular DR1050A original spares produced by Compumotor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 56SCLSPOS22 by Contraves and BSC2S12X10 spares by Compact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FVT10D1E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Comnet. |
